The home also demonstrated compassionate support during a difficult time for one resident. In terms of being well-led, the service is managed by an experienced registered manager who prioritises residents' needs, and staff feel well-supported. However, some records, like personal emergency evacuation plans and risk assessments, require formal review to ensure they are up-to-date, and the tenant's guide does not accurately reflect current staffing arrangements, which the manager has committed to rectifying.
