Residents are actively involved in menu planning and enjoy participating in shopping and meal preparation, fostering independence and choice.
Concerning leadership, the service is exceptionally well-led, fostering a positive culture where staff feel supported and motivated. There is a clear commitment from the entire team to providing person-centred care, and strong links have been established with the local community and other organisations to enhance resident outcomes. Residents and their families consistently offer very positive feedback about the management and the overall quality of care provided.
