DIL Place is a small care home for up to six young people with mental health needs. Finally, in terms of how well-led the service is, there is a strong emphasis on promoting a positive, inclusive, and person-centred culture. Communication is open and honest, and staff understand their roles and are committed to advocating for residents. Audits and checks are carried out to maintain quality, and the service collaborates effectively with other agencies and professionals, ensuring a coordinated approach to care. The provider has committed to implementing an overview of audits to better identify trends and patterns, which was done following the inspection.
