The home provided a vibrant activities programme, encouraging social interaction and engagement, with initiatives like a resident dog and intergenerational activities fostering a sense of community. Finally, concerning leadership, the registered manager and provider cultivated an open and inclusive environment, with a clear management structure and a strong commitment to quality assurance and continuous improvement.
