The home is spread across two floors, featuring a large lounge, a separate dining room, and extensive private grounds, and was undergoing a planned refurbishment during our visit. Residents and their families feel secure, noting that safety measures are reliably in place, risks are actively managed, and thorough recruitment checks ensure only suitable staff are hired. Medicines are handled correctly by competent staff, and the environment is clean with robust infection control practices.
