Overall, feedback from residents, their families, and visiting health professionals was consistently positive, highlighting a friendly environment where people feel well-cared for, respected, and happy with their daily lives.

The service maintained a secure environment with robust safety checks and proper management of medicines, though risk assessments for certain paraffin-based topical creams were being reviewed to ensure staff had all necessary mitigation details. Staff were well-trained in recognizing and reporting abuse, and thorough recruitment checks ensured suitable candidates were hired.
