Staff receive appropriate training and support, enabling them to provide high-quality care, and residents are supported to maintain a balanced diet and access necessary healthcare services.

The inspection found the service to be caring, with residents and their relatives consistently describing staff as kind, compassionate, and respectful. Staff interactions are observed to be warm and understanding, with a clear focus on promoting dignity and independence. Residents' views are actively sought and incorporated into care decisions, and their privacy is consistently maintained.

On the responsiveness of the service, residents' needs are met through good organisation and delivery of care. Care plans are developing to be more personalised, and staff demonstrate a strong understanding of individual residents' preferences.
