The home also holds a top rating for food safety from the Food Standards Agency, with residents praising the meals.

The care provided is noted as being kind and compassionate, with staff treating residents with dignity and respect. Staff demonstrate a deep understanding of residents' preferences, ensuring privacy and addressing needs discreetly. Residents are encouraged to maintain their independence and are supported to develop their skills. Equality and diversity are respected, with care plans adapted to individual beliefs and preferences, and opportunities for faith observance are provided.
