Families are welcomed and feel well-supported in visiting their loved ones.
In its responsiveness, Colne View ensures that residents' needs, preferences, and life histories are understood and incorporated into personalised care plans. Residents and their families are involved in care reviews. The service offers a variety of activities to suit individual interests, and residents are encouraged to participate at their own pace.
