Elliott House

Residents are supported to maintain a balanced diet and have access to healthcare professionals, with adaptations made to the environment to enhance their comfort and engagement.

Regarding how well-led the service is, the current registered manager and provider have responded proactively to past issues, leading to a positive cultural shift within the home. There is a clear focus on continuous learning and improvement, with systems in place to review incidents and identify trends. The ethos is inclusive and empowering, with regular consultation of residents and their relatives, ensuring their views are incorporated into daily life and decision-making at the home.
