Staff were observed to know residents well, providing emotional support and treating everyone with dignity and respect, while actively involving them in decisions about their care.

Regarding responsiveness, the service ensured that care plans were personalized and regularly reviewed, reflecting residents' preferences and needs. Communication with relatives was a focus, with regular updates provided, and residents were actively involved in shaping activities and daily life.

Finally, in the area of being well-led, the management team was new to the service but received positive feedback for their visibility and open communication. A system for quality assurance was in place, with audits conducted to drive improvements and reduce risks, leading to positive changes and enhanced communication within the home.
