Regarding effectiveness, the care provided is consistently good, leading to positive outcomes and a good quality of life for residents. Staff are well-trained and supported, nutritional needs are met with personalised meal plans, and residents have access to necessary healthcare services. The home also adapts its environment to meet residents' individual needs, and staff demonstrate a strong understanding of the Mental Capacity Act.

The service is caring, with staff building positive relationships with residents and treating them with kindness, dignity, and respect. Residents feel valued and are supported to make choices about their care and daily routines. Privacy is maintained, and personal space is respected, contributing to a homely atmosphere.

In its responsiveness, the home plans personalised care that ensures residents have choice and control over their lives. Residents are actively supported to participate in a wide range of community activities and develop personal relationships. Communication needs are well-assessed and met, with staff trained to support individuals effectively.

Finally, the service is well-led, with a registered manager who fosters an open and empowering culture. There is a clear commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred care, and the management team actively seeks to drive improvements by staying informed on best practice guidance. The home operates with transparency and honesty, ensuring that any incidents are appropriately reported.
