Care plans were regularly reviewed, and staff were proactive in actioning any necessary changes. Residents were encouraged to engage in meaningful activities tailored to their interests, and a clear and accessible complaints procedure was in place to ensure residents' voices were heard.
Finally, the service was well-led. The management actively collaborated with external organisations to ensure best practices were followed and the quality of service was continuously improved. Effective monitoring systems were in place, and feedback from residents and staff was used to drive positive changes. Staff felt supported, valued, and understood the service's ethos, with the registered manager being seen as approachable and supportive. The service also maintained appropriate communication with the CQC regarding significant events.
