Regarding how responsive the service is, care plans are personalised and detailed, guiding staff on the specific support each resident requires. A variety of activities are offered, tailored to individual interests and preferences, ensuring residents can engage in meaningful pursuits. There are clear procedures for handling and investigating any complaints received.
Finally, the service is well-led, characterised by a positive culture and a strong commitment from staff to person-centred support. Effective quality assurance systems are in place to monitor and drive improvements. Residents, relatives, and staff are involved in the service's operation, and their feedback is valued and acted upon.
