Invicta Court offers a positive living environment where residents feel safe and well-cared for. The care team demonstrates a strong commitment to resident well-being, ensuring dignity and respect are at the forefront of their interactions.
On safety, residents are protected from harm, with robust systems in place for safeguarding and medication management. Staffing levels are consistently adequate, and safe recruitment practices are a priority. Lessons are learned from incidents, and infection control measures are effectively managed.
In terms of how effective the care is, residents' needs are thoroughly assessed prior to admission, and care plans are developed collaboratively. Staff are well-trained and equipped with the necessary skills to provide high-quality care, including support with nutrition and hydration. The service also excels at coordinating care with external health professionals.
