Residents and their families express positive views on the care received, highlighting the staff's attentive and personalized approach, though some residents felt they weren't always fully involved in care decisions. On responsiveness, the service is designed to meet the needs of residents, with adaptations like an accessible garden. Residents' rooms are personalised, reflecting their interests, and the home supports spiritual well-being and individual preferences. In terms of being well-led, the management team is passionate and visible, fostering an open-door policy for prompt resolution of concerns. Proactive audits ensure the service's effectiveness, and the home is proactive in ensuring it meets the needs of its residents.
