The home had systems for addressing concerns, which were used to drive service improvements, and staff provided support for residents at the end of their lives.
Finally, the service was well-led by a registered manager who fostered a positive and committed team culture. Staff were united in their goal to achieve the best outcomes for residents, and the management team effectively collaborated with other agencies. Feedback from residents and professionals was sought and acted upon to continuously enhance the service.
