Manor Place Nursing Home was inspected by the CQC on April 10th and 11th, 2018. Finally, in relation to how well-led the service is, residents are cared for in a positive culture where staff feel valued. There is a clear management structure, and legal responsibilities are understood. Residents are involved in the service through meetings and surveys, and robust processes are in place to monitor quality and drive improvements. Staff work collaboratively with external agencies.
