Finally, concerning how well-led the service is, the registered manager provides strong leadership and fosters a supportive culture. Effective systems are in place for monitoring service quality, and the provider actively involves residents, relatives, and staff in decision-making. The home also works effectively in partnership with other professionals to deliver care.
