Staff have built strong relationships with residents, and the atmosphere is described as welcoming and family-like, fostering a sense of belonging and well-being among those living there.

In relation to responsiveness, the management team actively seeks and acts upon feedback from residents and their relatives to shape and improve the care provided. There's a clear process for involving residents in reviewing their own care, demonstrating a commitment to person-centred support. The provider has also created initiatives to support families, fostering a sense of community.

Finally, concerning leadership, the service is now consistently well-led with a stable management team in place. The registered manager has clear oversight and effective systems to monitor the quality and safety of care, with regular audits used to identify and implement improvements. Staff feel valued and supported, contributing to an open and positive culture that prioritises resident outcomes and continuous learning.
