The service is well-led by a manager who is committed to the home's ethos of putting residents at the heart of their support. While quality monitoring systems were found to be not always sufficiently robust, the registered manager took prompt action to address issues. Staff feel well-supported and happy working at the home, contributing to a positive and effective team environment.
