The home facilitates meaningful engagement and supports residents in pursuing their interests and maintaining important relationships.

Finally, the service is well-led, with a strong management presence that prioritises residents' wishes and rights. There is a clear culture of learning and continuous improvement, with staff views and feedback actively valued. While a registered manager was in the process of being appointed during the inspection, the leadership team demonstrated a commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred care.
