Tudor Rose is a residential care home that provides support for up to five younger adults with learning disabilities or autism. The service is well-led by an experienced registered manager who ensures that the service operates in line with clear values. Staff feel well-supported and understand their roles and responsibilities. The provider actively seeks and uses feedback from residents, relatives, and staff to drive continuous improvement.
