Residents feel involved in decisions about their care, and interactions are consistently relaxed and friendly.

Looking at how responsive the service is, resident care needs are assessed and regularly reviewed, ensuring care plans are accurate and meet individual preferences. A clear complaints procedure is in place, and residents feel confident that their concerns would be heard and addressed. The home also offers a range of activities catering to different abilities and interests, available seven days a week.

Finally, concerning how well-led the service is, there is a positive and inclusive culture with good communication and staff understanding of their responsibilities.
