Finally, concerning how well-led the service is, there is a transparent and open culture between staff, management, and residents, with effective governance arrangements in place to assess and drive improvements, and concerns are taken seriously and investigated. The service has a positive approach to managing risks, focusing on residents' capabilities and using positive behaviour support to manage distress. Staff receive good quality training, and recruitment processes promote safety. People are supported to maintain healthy lives, with access to healthcare services and involvement in meal planning.
