Finally, regarding how well-led the service is, there is a positive and open culture within the home, with staff feeling supported by the registered manager. Systems are in place to monitor the quality and safety of care, and feedback from residents and relatives is used for service improvement. The service has a registered manager in post who understands their responsibilities, and reporting procedures are followed. While the overall findings are positive, the report notes that the toilet floor required attention and was scheduled for refurbishment.
