Regarding caring practices, residents and their relatives consistently reported feeling respected and well-treated by the staff. The team is noted for their kindness and compassion, fostering a positive atmosphere where residents' independence is encouraged.

As for responsiveness, care plans and risk assessments have been enhanced to be more person-centred, with input from external specialists. Residents are supported to participate in activities and maintain contact with loved ones, and clear procedures are in place for addressing concerns and complaints.

Finally, the service is well-led, with a positive culture that supports good outcomes for residents. A new electronic auditing system is in place for continuous improvement, and staff feel well-supported by the management team. This includes improvements in how incidents are reviewed to ensure lessons are learned and applied.
