Hale Place Farmhouse provides residential care for up to 13 older people, many of whom are living with dementia. This report details findings from an inspection conducted in September 2017. There were robust systems in place to ensure quality and encourage ongoing improvement, with an open and inclusive approach that valued feedback from residents and staff. The service also maintained positive partnerships within the community.
