Regarding how caring the service is, staff understand residents' individual communication methods and promote their dignity and human rights, with relatives speaking positively about the support their loved ones receive. On responsiveness, the service effectively supports residents in making choices and decisions about their lives, and staff are knowledgeable about their health and social care needs, facilitating community access. Finally, concerning how well-led the service is, while the management team is working hard and staff morale is good, there are ongoing improvements needed in quality monitoring systems, and certain checks and audits did not identify all shortfalls, indicating a need for further development in governance processes.
