Staff worked in partnership with residents and their families, ensuring care reflected diverse needs. Communication needs were met, and residents were supported to maintain relationships and engage in socially and culturally relevant activities.

In terms of how well-led the service is, management processes were in place to monitor and improve the quality of care. The provider had plans to address identified shortfalls, particularly concerning training. There was a positive and open culture within the home, with management actively seeking to improve the service.
