Overall, the home has successfully resolved previous regulatory breaches and made meaningful progress since its last visit, showing a welcoming environment where residents feel safe and well-supported by a dedicated team. However, families should note that while the daily care is warm and reliable, the home still has several administrative and oversight areas that need ongoing development and modernization.

Residents live in a clean, tidy environment supported by adequate staffing levels where call bells are answered quickly and agency staff are not needed, though the building would benefit from general modernisation and some window replacements. Risk assessments, moving and handling training, and safety procedures are properly established, and the home safely manages visits while keeping infection control measures up to date.

Care is delivered in a way that promotes choice and control, with staff fully respecting residents' best interests and working within legal frameworks for decision-making.
