The home focuses on promoting independence, dignity, and personal choice through a stable and experienced staff team.

When it comes to safety, the home has resolved previous concerns by ensuring all areas are clean and well-maintained, including replacing broken tiles and managing food safety effectively. Environmental risks have been thoroughly assessed, with copper heating pipes clad to prevent burns and window restrictors installed throughout the property. Staff are well-trained in safeguarding and safe recruitment practices, and medicines are managed properly to avoid inappropriate over-medication.

The management team actively seeks feedback from staff, professionals, and residents, and is committed to continuous learning and working in partnership with external agencies to maintain high standards of care.
