The home ensures residents are supported to access healthcare when needed and provides a healthy diet, with menus being reviewed to better suit residents' preferences. The environment is adapted to residents' needs, with engaging activities and a focus on person-centred care.

The care provided is described as kind and respectful, with staff building positive relationships with residents. Dignity and privacy are maintained, and residents' independence is supported. Cultural and religious beliefs are respected, and staff communicate effectively with residents, involving them in decisions about their care.
