This report details an inspection of St. Euphrasia's Care Home. Overall, the inspection found that the home is a safe and effective place for residents to live, with a focus on providing caring and responsive support. Regarding caring practices, residents felt well-treated and respected, with staff demonstrating kindness and a deep understanding of individual needs. Staff reported high job satisfaction, and communication channels with residents, families, and staff were excellent. The management systems in place effectively supported person-centred care.
