There were no formal complaints recorded since the last inspection, indicating a high level of satisfaction.
On leadership and management, while many aspects of the service are performing well, there are areas for development. The home is working on formalising its quality assurance processes, particularly in documenting and reviewing accidents and incidents to further enhance safety protocols and learning from events.
