In terms of how effective the care is, residents' outcomes consistently met high standards, with their feedback confirming satisfaction. The service prioritised thorough assessments for new residents and ensured staff received ongoing training and support. Residents were encouraged to maintain healthy lifestyles through regular exercise and balanced diets, with staff providing consistent and timely care.

Regarding caring practices, residents were treated with kindness and compassion, fostering strong, respectful relationships with staff. The home aimed to create a family-like environment where residents' views were actively sought and incorporated into their care plans, promoting independence and dignity in all interactions.

In terms of how responsive the service is, care was delivered in a highly person-centred way, with staff demonstrating a deep understanding of individual needs and preferences. Residents were actively involved in meaningful activities, both within the home and in the local community, and their care plans were regularly reviewed and updated. There were no formal complaints recorded since the last inspection, indicating a high level of satisfaction.

On leadership and management, while many aspects of the service are performing well, there are areas for development. The home is working on formalising its quality assurance processes, particularly in documenting and reviewing accidents and incidents to further enhance safety protocols and learning from events.
