While community trips were previously limited due to staffing, recent recruitment has enabled more frequent outings, enhancing residents' well-being and access to the community. A point for development noted was the documentation of end-of-life care wishes in care plans, which the management team plans to address to ensure a more person-centred approach.

Finally, in terms of how well-led the service is, the management team demonstrates clear oversight and a commitment to continuous improvement. Staff feel supported by an approachable and knowledgeable registered manager, contributing to an open and fair culture that prioritises high-quality, person-centred care.
