The care provided was consistently described as caring, with residents and relatives highlighting the kindness and respect shown by staff. Residents felt involved in their care and were supported to express their views. Privacy, dignity, and independence were respected, with staff actively promoting residents' ability to do as much for themselves as possible.

In terms of responsiveness, the service ensured residents' needs were met through good organisation and delivery. There was a good range of daily activities, and care plans were person-centred and regularly updated. The home had a clear complaints policy, and feedback from relatives was largely positive, with many compliments received.

Finally, the service was well-led, with a management team that fostered a positive culture and promoted high-quality, person-centred care. Residents and relatives felt confident approaching the management, and the registered manager was aware of regulatory responsibilities. Regular audits were in place to monitor and assure the quality of care provided.
