In terms of how well-led the service is, the registered manager and staff demonstrated a clear vision for the home and a commitment to providing high-quality care. Systems were in place to monitor the service effectively, ensuring safety and continuous improvement. Accidents and incidents were managed appropriately, with lessons learned to prevent recurrence. The manager was approachable and supportive, fostering a positive environment for both residents and staff.
