This report summarises the findings of an unannounced inspection of 66 Park Lane, a care home providing support for five individuals with mental well-being needs. The inspection took place on 16 July 2018 and found that the service continues to provide a good standard of care across all key areas. Staff are dedicated to ensuring residents are safe and well-supported, with robust procedures in place for safeguarding, risk management, and medication handling. The home promotes a positive and effective care environment where residents' individual needs are understood and met through ongoing training and development for staff.

On safety, residents confirmed they feel safe, and staff are well-trained in safeguarding procedures, reporting any concerns promptly. Risk assessments are comprehensive and regularly reviewed, ensuring potential dangers are managed. Sufficient staffing levels are maintained to meet residents' needs, and robust recruitment processes are in place.
