The home's premises and equipment are well-maintained, and robust plans are in place for emergencies. Medicine administration is handled safely with suitable systems and staff training.

In terms of how effective the care is, residents' needs are thoroughly assessed and support plans are developed collaboratively. Staff are highly skilled and receive regular training, including specialised autism awareness training. The home actively promotes healthy living, with residents involved in meal planning and supported to make nutritious choices.
