Safe care is maintained through properly managed medications, thorough staff recruitment checks, and consistent safety monitoring of equipment. The home is kept clean throughout, and infection control standards are met. However, the report notes that fire drills had not been held regularly prior to the inspection, and a small number of care plan risk assessments needed more timely reviews by newer nursing staff.

Well-led management is evident through active quality assurance systems and positive teamwork, including daily staff meetings. Leaders are open and cooperative with external agencies. At the same time, staff noted a need for better emotional debriefing after challenging incidents, and routine staff supervisions are currently being scheduled more regularly to ensure ongoing team support.
