Regarding how caring the service is, staff are noted for providing kind and compassionate support, respecting residents' privacy and dignity. Residents feel involved in their care decisions, and staff communicate effectively to meet individual needs. Residents receive good end-of-life care, although a recommendation was made to enhance care planning in this specific area.
