In terms of being responsive, the service is proactively addressing concerns, such as unwitnessed falls, with a falls prevention action plan in place, and residents can receive visitors freely. Finally, on how well-led the service is, the provider and managers have robust governance systems that provide oversight and monitoring, ensuring the service is consistently managed and well-led, fostering a positive and person-centred culture.
