The registered manager is well-supported by a consistent team, and roles and responsibilities are clearly defined. Quality assurance systems are more thorough, leading to overall improvements that residents and staff have noticed. The management team actively engages with residents and staff, fostering a positive and person-centred culture, and has established strong working relationships with external agencies.
