Safe recruitment processes are in place, and staffing levels are regularly reviewed to meet resident needs.

In terms of how effective the care is, people's needs are assessed and care plans are developed in line with current standards. Staff receive relevant training and feel well-supported, contributing to their ability to deliver effective care. Residents are supported to maintain a balanced diet, with the dietician's guidance being effectively implemented, and they have access to necessary healthcare services.
