Residents and their relatives feel well-supported and are involved in developing their care plans. However, staff are still developing their understanding of the 'right support, right care, right culture' principles.

Regarding responsiveness, care plans have been significantly improved to be more person-centred, reflecting residents' preferences and routines. Discussions about end-of-life wishes have begun, though this information is still being gathered and recorded.

Concerning how well-led the service is, considerable improvements have been made following regulatory action. While management has addressed previous concerns and implemented positive changes, further support and training are recommended for the staff team to fully embed best practices and enhance the overall culture of the home.
