While the report highlights many positive findings, it does note a need to improve the recording of decisions made on behalf of residents lacking capacity and clarify Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards for staff. Additionally, a clear process for monitoring head injuries after falls was implemented during the inspection, and a system for consistently checking bath temperatures was promptly established.
