Concerning how well-led the service is, the current manager, who was in the process of becoming registered, showed a good understanding of their responsibilities. Staff reported feeling well-supported by the manager and senior management. The provider demonstrated a commitment to monitoring service quality through various audits, and recent management audits did not identify any significant concerns. While new furniture was identified as a need, this was being addressed by the provider.
