The care provided is highly effective, as staff fully understand mental capacity principles, support residents with balanced nutrition and skin integrity, and maintain strong communication with local GPs and healthcare professionals to prevent unnecessary hospital admissions.

Staff approach residents with genuine kindness, patience, and respect for their privacy and independence, creating a warm atmosphere, although inspectors did note a few isolated instances of overly directive or patronising tone from staff that management agreed to address immediately.
