People were supported to make choices and achieve their goals in a safe environment.
Regarding effective care, staff knew residents well and offered day-to-day choices, respecting privacy and dignity. They understood how to protect individuals from harm and abuse, promoting equality and diversity. Care and support aimed to enhance residents' well-being and enjoyment of life, with communication needs being well understood.

Looking at how well-led the service is, while the management team and staff demonstrated a positive culture and understood the service's values, quality assurance systems did not consistently identify shortfalls.
